WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Direct residential wood framing for custom detached backyard ADUs and garage conversions.
  • Interpret architectural structural plans, truss layouts, and shear wall schedules.
  • Coordinate municipal building inspection checks for rough framing and window installations.
  • Ensure adherence to California Residential Code (CRC) and job site safety standards.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
  • 5+ years of hands-on rough framing and structural carpentry experience.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Own basic hand and cordless power carpentry tools (all heavy machinery provided).
